We have designed various plans ranging from pure fitness regime a combination of fitness and cardio plans to weight training and endurance building with diet plans. We have as well introduced weight loss and weight gain programs keeping in mind the needs of our gym members. Every program is designed to help attain and enjoy a fitness routine with our accomplished trainers. Also we offer personal training at very affordable rates. Not to mention that we do provide basic guidance and initial training to each and every members till they master their fitness routine.

Don’t expect to gain weight fast in a matter of a few weeks. Your ambitious goals will just mean you will lose motivation to gain weight and you will give up. Instead, set more realistic goals for yourself. If you want to gain 30 lbs, break that down into smaller goals of 10 lbs. So when you gain that first 10 lbs, you will still be very motivated and the long term goal will seem a lot more achievable.

To help get yourself on the exercise track, you will need to get a little organized.
The following motivation tips might prove useful.


Plan your exercise sessions at the start of each week & put them in your diary as an appointment. That way that time cannot be allocated to other activities.

Be prepared

Prepare a small kit comprising of a comfortable track suit, sports shoes and tissue papers. Pump it up with loads of water and few protein bars. With this you are set to start off on your gym routine.

Limit time

If you are new to exercise, plan your exercise sessions to be no longer than 45 minutes. This time is manageable, it will allow you to achieve all you need to, & it won’t make you feel that you are giving up all your spare time as you repeat your programme & continue working towards your longer term weight & a body fat goals.

Reward yourself

Pamper yourself with a gift/reward at the completion of your first programme. Think of this as something that complements your investment ontobettering your physical health. Treat yourself with a spa or pamper with a massage.

Argue with yourself

Develop the ability to argue with your conscience. Often there may be times when you feel like you don’t want to exercise. Having the ability to argue with yourself can be a very positive skill to help stop not doing one workout snowballing into a complete break from exercise.

Despite knowing the importance of healthy food, due to busy work schedule and other social commitments we end up having lot more calories than required. This could be in form of that additional muffin, a fag end burger, French fries all leading to increase in unwanted fat. We transform into a rigid body structure, followed with reduction in our stamina and end up being couch potatoes. With lack of proper exercise and healthy nutrition habits, this accrues over a period of time leading to severe health issues. More and more people are falling victim to life style diseases. High blood pressure, sugar imbalance, osteoporosis are on the rise like never before.
